RETURN POLICY

We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not 100% sure you can install GadgetShieldz products on your device, please email us the reason for your return. Once your request is approved, you may return the entire package in unused and resalable condition for a refund. The packaging and the contents must be kept in the same condition as received.

Important Notes:

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for packages sent back without prior email confirmation.
  • No refunds will be issued for damaged or partially used products.

No Returns on Skins and Flexarmor

Due to their customized nature and the risk of damage during removal or reuse, Skins and Flexarmor are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please ensure you choose the correct design and model before placing your order.

Refund Deductions:

  • A restocking fee of ₹175 will be deducted per item.
  • Shipping and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • If a package is refused at delivery, an additional ₹175 will be deducted over and above the restocking fee.
  • For larger devices like laptops, MacBooks, and PlayStations, a flat deduction of ₹300 will apply to cover the shipping costs we initially bear.

COD Orders:

  • Refunds are NOT applicable for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
