After two years, Apple is doing an offline hosting of its main September event this year, namely, the ‘Far Out’ event, which is rumoured to bring out the widely discussed iPhone 14 but also a few more devices.
We’re sailing on the same boat where everyone is super excited for the Far Out event today, and after our previous article about iPhone 14 Launch, we’ve decided to give you all a brief insight on what devices you might expect to see at the event today.
iPhone 14 Series
We’ve already penned down all the details about iPhone 14 series in our previous article. However, we wanted to give a brief gist about what you can expect to see in the iPhone 14 lineup now that more accurate leaks are coming through.
- We’d most likely get to see four models in the series: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
- All models will likely have the same 6 GB RAM, but only the Pro models will have the A16 Bionic Chip.
- There will be a quadruple times upgrade in camera resolution exclusively in Pro models.
- 60 Hz in the entry models and 120 Hz refresh rates in the Pro models.
- The prices are most likely to be higher than last year.
- Pill-hole notch for Pro Models.
Apple Watch New Editions
Not widely discussed, but there’s a good chance that we may see new editions of the Apple Watch this year, namely, Apple Watch 8 and Apple Watch Pro.
The Apple Watch 8 series will likely have some colour shifts; the existing colours will be there, except the Gold version in Stainless Steel models. The Gold version is being replaced by Silver.
The Apple Watch Pro is supposed to get a heavy redesign compared to the older models, which all have curved edges and an analogue crown. This one will mostly have a flat-screen model, a more rugged outlook with Digital Crown. Moreover, we might get to see a titanium frame to add to the durability factor.
Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen
The first gen of the Apple AirPods Pro launched almost three years ago, which feels like forever if you ask us. And now, the second-gen is coming up with good revamps that might make you consider upgrading.
- The Apple AirPods Pro 2nd Gen will have the latest H2 chip, which implies a better sound quality, latency rate, noise cancellation and more.
- We might see Lossless audio support, which was last seen in the traditional, wired Apple EarPods.
- We might see an upgrade in the battery longevity from 5 to 6 hours, which you can spot in AirPods 3rd Gen.
- The best feature, in our opinion, would be this: The charging case will have a Find My Device feature, not just the buds. This is a good addition because now you won’t have to worry even if you lose your entire TWS set, including the case.
This is all we know as of now, but you know what? The Far Out event is not that far anymore! All you need to do is tune into Apple’s site and head to the Events section to watch the event, and let us know later about your favourite device from the lineup!
